Pattern makes it look clean
I watched a YouTube video the other day that said how to keep your house clean. The person in the video suggested several areas to have them changed, but there was a reocurring theme.
Have items that are not too light, but not too dark and always in a pattern.
She said that the couch should be this way. The countertop. The rugs.
And I agree with her. When there will be a spill on a rug, that's fine, life happens. But if there's a pattern, it's not that noticeable.
Take a t-shirt for example, if it's a plain colour, you can see everything on it.
